TransTerra International and The Colombo Friend Collaborate to Empower Communities in Sri Lanka Through Volunteerism
Colombo, Sri Lanka – February 13, 2024 – TransTerra International, a leading global services company, and The Colombo Friend, a renowned Sri Lankan non-profit organization, today announced a strategic partnership aimed at mobilizing volunteers to address critical social challenges in Sri Lanka. The collaboration will focus on deploying skilled volunteers to support The Colombo Friend’s various initiatives in disaster relief, education, rural development, and environmental sustainability.

Volunteers will work alongside The Colombo Friend’s dedicated staff and local communities to implement various projects, such as providing relief and rehabilitation to disaster-affected areas, setting up learning centers in rural communities, promoting sustainable agriculture practices, and supporting environmental conservation efforts.
